Quality Manager (NJ) - Posting Date 5/20/08
Quality Manager for fuel cell manufacturing company. Prefer previous experience with fuel cells, catalysts, batteries or other electrochemical device-based process. Candidate should have minimum 5-10 years in manufacturing, engineering and / or quality. Ideal candidate should be experienced in setting up quality systems such as ISO 9000 and the maintenance of them. Experience with process improvement, statistical process control or Six Sigma preferred. BS/MS engineering or physical science required.

Logistics assistant for fuel cell company. Should be familiar with shipping of chemical and hazardous materials both domestically and internationally. Prefer 2-5 years experience in manufacturing / chemical organization. OSHA experience helpful. BS preferred in physical science or logistics.

Quality Manager for Li ion battery company. Ideal candidate will have BS/MS in engineering or physical science subject plus at least 5 years experience in battery-related manufacturing operations. Candidate should have experience in operating and establishing a quality system such as ISO 9000; Six Sigma and process improvement experience helpful as is time spent working with operations in China.

Company seeking technical sales person with knowledge of advanced materials, nanomaterials and /or catalysts. Position may also include business development activities.
Minimum BS in Chem Eng / Chemistry or equivalent, prefer MS/PhD/MBA.
Should also possess several years of process engineering experience or development within nanomaterials or catalysts industry. Post doc positions do not fulfill this requirement.
Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of technical sales or business development experience within this field. PhD Mat Sci / Eng or equivalent plus 2 or more years in industrial R+D in Li ion battery development. Position will involve some technology transfer to manufacturing so would suit engineering or hands-on science PhD. Position requires excellent written and oral communication skills. Statistical process control or Design of Experiments experience very useful.
